REGIONAL PARTNER: ART CLASSES FOR KIDS
For over 30 years, Kim Bavington and her team at ART CLASSES For Kids have brought drawing, painting, and sculpting to children in Las Vegas. They show this commitment through group classes, private lessons, art parties, and art camps.
These innovative programs have not only inspired young minds in Las Vegas but are also nurturing the next generation of creative talent. While locals can enjoy in-person classes, others can join the fun through free YouTube lessons. Kim’s YouTube channel is a treasure trove of artistic exploration. It offers a wide range of mediums, from pastels to watercolors and more. This content is perfect for parents and teachers to use at home or in the classroom.
Kim and her dedicated team have a profound passion for their work. Their mission is simple yet powerful: to bring the joy of fine art to every child, anywhere. They truly believe that any child with an interest in art should have access to the best lessons available.

ART CLASSES FOR KIDS x BLACKWING FOUNDATION
The Blackwing Foundation, in collaboration with Kim Bavington, proudly presents an inspiring initiative: Pathways to Creativity: Art Series. This series is for dedicated classroom teachers. It includes grab-and-go pathways tailored for 1st- 6th-grade levels.
What Makes the Art Series Unique?
- Focused Mediums: Each pathway introduces students to a unique artistic medium, such as drawing, watercolors, pastels, and clay. This adds depth and variety to their creative exploration.
- Simple Supplies: We provide a set supply list for each pathway. Consequently, teachers can easily integrate art into their curriculum without extensive preparation.
- Vetted Video Content: We meticulously vetted all videos to ensure high-quality, engaging, and educational content. This makes them a reliable resource for classroom use.
- Enhanced Classroom Experience: We also created supplementary content for teachers. These resources elevate the classroom experience, providing additional materials to enrich students’ understanding.
Our collective vision is to make art more accessible to classrooms nationwide. By offering grab-and-go pathways, we empower teachers to seamlessly integrate art into their lesson plans. Our ultimate goal is to inspire creativity in every 1st to 6th grader. Ultimately, we want to ensure all students can create art and unleash their imaginative potential.
